Welcome to Alveris. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website alveris.top and related offerings, including development of educational platforms for AI interaction, and training in chatbot and artificial intelligence application techniques.

1. Applicability

By accessing or using the Services, Info-Products, or Goods provided by Alveris, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

3. Provision of Services

Alveris offers tailored solutions for the development of educational platforms for AI interaction, including hands-on training in chatbot development and advanced AI application techniques. Services are delivered according to project specifications outlined in a separate agreement.

4. Info-Products

Digital content is made available through secure access links or platform credentials. Access details are provided via email upon purchase.

5. Goods

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide. Shipping schedules and carriers are selected by Alveris; any delays will be communicated promptly.

6. Pricing and Payment

All fees are listed on alveris.top and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due in full before delivery or commencement of any offering.

7. Refund Policy

Alveris is committed to your satisfaction. The following provisions apply to refunds, reimbursements, and adjustments depending on the category of purchase:

7.1 Services

If you cancel a custom development project within 14 days of agreement and before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule remaining sessions or milestones at no additional charge.

7.2 Info-Products

For digital courses and downloadable content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back to Alveris within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the amount paid within 14 business days.

8. Rescheduling of Services

Requests to change scheduled sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Alveris will accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

9. No-Refund Services

One-on-one coaching sessions and bespoke consulting packages are final sale once confirmed. Due to the personalized nature and resource allocation, no reimbursements are available. We encourage you to review session outlines and objectives before booking.
